Directions & Cautions


Microwave Oven (Preferred Method): Make a 1-inch (3 cm) slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1-2 more minutes. Let sit 2 minutes. Serve.

Stovetop: Remove food from bowl. Place in a double boiler and cover. Bring water to a boil, then reduce to low. Steam for 30-35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir well. Serve.
