    Directions & Cautions

    (Adult): Take 1-2 Capsules with a meal daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. (As an adaptogen)

If you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorder, or if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin do not use this product. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. Store in airtight container, away from light. If seal around cap is broken or missing, do not use.
