Adults: Take 1 capsule daily. Children 6-11: Take 1 capsule daily. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after. Only for children 6 years or older. No refrigeration required. Store in a cool, dry place.

If you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain, consult a health care practitioner prior to use.
