Suggested Use
Helps the body metabolize carbohydrates, proteins and fats and helps the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Helps in tissue formation and proper muscle function. A natural source of electrolytes. 20 drops 4 times a day will also help prevent magnesium deficiency.
Directions
Adults: 5-20 drops 1-3 time(s) per day. For best results dilute with water or any beverage (5 to 10 drops per glass) or food and consume gradually throughout each day.
To help prevent magnesium deficiency add 20 drops to a glass of water 4 times a day.
Cautions & Warnings
Some people may experience a laxative effect when taking over 50 drops a day or too much at one time. Store at room temperature, with lid tightly closed.
