In light of the current Canada Post disruption, we have secured partnerships with alternative delivery providers to ensure consistent and timely fulfillment of your orders. Please be aware that our standard $20 shipping fee may be adjusted based on your order specifics during this period.
**If you are purchasing a refrigerated probiotic product, it will be out of refrigeration for the shipping and delivery period. By ordering a refrigerated probiotic, you are agreeing to this.
***Some products will not be in the exact same packaging as displayed on our site. We do our best to keep images of products up to date.
All orders are subject to a $20.00 shipping fee in Canada**.
Orders made on the weekend will be shipped the following business day in most cases.
**Please note that orders shipped to Yukon, NWT, Nunavut and a few other remote areas in other provinces(All remote areas are listed in Table 9) carry additional shipping charges based on weights.

Orders will require 1-3 business days for processing and preparation for shipping. Depending upon the method of shipping that is selected your order should be received 1-5 business days after the processing period.
Cases: Any order containing cases are limited to local delivery or pickup. This ensures safe handling and timely delivery.
Large Glass Bottles: Due to their fragile nature, all orders containing large glass bottles (i.e. 1 L juices) are restricted to local delivery or pickup only.

If after placing an order you decide that you would like to cancel it, we will attempt to accommodate your cancellation. The period that cancellation is possible in the early stages of processing. Unfortunately, after the packaging phase has started we will not be able to cancel your order.

We will accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of purchase.
Products that are opened or marked as final sale can not be returned at this time.
