Cranberry is used in Herbal Medicine to help prevent recurrent urinary tract infections (UTIs) in women. This tea also provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.

Adult Women: Drink 1 cup of tea, once a day. Use 1 tablespoon of dried tea per cup (250 ml) of water. Take a few hours before or after taking medications. If you prefer a sweeter tasting tea, try adding stevia or a small amount of honey. Preparation instructions inside box.

Do not take with highly acidic food (e.g. citrus fruits and juices) or with medications which may acidify urine. If you have heart disease, high or low blood pressure, kidney or liver disorder, diabetes or edema (swelling of hands, face and feet) or are taking products containing diuretics, do not use. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heartbeat and/or difficulty breathing.
