Adult males: Drink 1 cup of tea, twice daily. Steep for 12-15 minutes. One cup is equivalent to 4 g of the herbal tea. Take with food to minimize gastric disturbances. Sweetener can be added. Preparation instructions inside box.

Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have a history of kidney stones, if you have any type of acute infection, have a history of mental/neurological conditions, hormone sensitive conditions, if you are taking blood thinners or other medication. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use to exclude a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Contraindications: Do not use if you have high blood pressure or if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family. Known Adverse Reactions: Hypersensitivity is known to occur, in which case, discontinue use.
