CanPrev’s Inno-Cal-Mag is uniquely formulated to enhance calcium absorption through the inclusion of Albion™ magnesium and vitamins K2 and D3, which help to further optimize absorption and distribution throughout the body.  It also includes bioavailable trace elements that bolster muscle function and immune health.

As the most abundant mineral in the body, calcium is primarily stored in the bones and teeth. It's essential for maintaining bone density, which naturally begins to decrease with age. Dietary sources of calcium include milk, cheese, nuts, seeds, tofu, kale, and legumes.

Magnesium, critical for over 800 enzymatic reactions, helps regulate calcium within cells and supports the production of hormones that protect bone health. Foods rich in magnesium include legumes, tofu, and nuts.

Vitamin D3 enhances the absorption of calcium and phosphorous, crucial for strong bones and teeth, while K2 plays a key role in bone metabolism and the activation of proteins that bind calcium to bones. Together, they ensure calcium is not only absorbed but effectively utilized where it's needed most.

Zinc is vital for the formation of bone-building cells and helps prevent bone breakdown. It is found in shellfish, legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and eggs. Phosphorus works in balance with calcium to support bone structure and health. It is available in red meat, seafood, dairy, legumes, and nuts. Boron enhances the effectiveness of vitamin D, improving its role in mineral metabolism and helping to maintain calcium levels. It is found in leafy greens, nuts, and grains.

Critical for the production of collagen in the bone matrix, Vitamin C supports the structural integrity of bones, skin, muscles, and connective tissues. It is abundant in citrus fruits, bell peppers, cruciferous vegetables, tomatoes, and strawberries.
