Specifically formulated to support cognitive and cardiovascular health by combining nutrients that nourish both the brain and heart. Omega-3 fatty acids support cardiovascular health, enhance cognitive function, and have anti-inflammatory properties.
Brilliant Mind is a comprehensive blend of omega-3 fatty acids, including both eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and phospholipids, which work together to support cognitive and cardiovascular health. Omega-3 fatty acids, phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylcholine (PC), and L-alpha-glycerylphosphorylcholine (Alpha-GPC) normalize the brain’s lipid content and support healthy neurotransmitter function.
PC is the major phospholipid in the body and a precursor to acetylcholine, an important brain chemical involved in both memory and thought. Alpha-GPC increases plasma levels of choline and therefore also increases the production of acetylcholine and PC. Green tea extract supports calm mental focus and stamina, and supports healthy blood vessels, while also acting as a powerful antioxidant to protect the brain from free radical damage. The brain and heart have high oxygen and energy demands. Frequent nutritional gaps, mental and physical stress, and irregular sleep patterns all contribute to reduced cognitive and cardiovascular function. Brilliant Mind ensures a steady flow of nutrients to both the brain and the heart.
