Ultra Strength Active B Complex provides highly bioavailable coenzymated forms of folate, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, and B12, alongside pantothenic acid (B5), biotin, choline, inositol, and pyrroloquinoline quinone (PQQ) to support a wide array of physiological processes. PQQ is a natural antioxidant that protects against oxidative stress in mitochondria, the powerhouse of the cell. PQQ has also been seen to promote the creation of new mitochondria, with exciting implications for fighting the aging process.
