Helps promote healthy mood balance and reduce the severity and duration of migraine headaches when taken as a prophylactic. Helps relieve sleep disturbances associated with mood imbalance and relieve symptoms of fibromyalgia.
Directions
Recommended adult dose: All uses: Use for at least 2 weeks to see beneficial effects. To minimize the risk of gastrointestinal side effects, start at a lower dose and slowly increase to the effective dose over a 2-week period.
For sleep disturbances: 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner. Take 60–90 minutes before bedtime.
For healthy mood balance: 1 tablet daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For migraine prevention: 1 tablet 3 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
For fibromyalgia symptoms: 1 tablet 2 times daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.
Cautions & Warnings
