- UTI Support: Adults take 1 Water B Gone twice per day till symptoms are alleviated.
- Travel: Adults take one Water B Gone at the start of the flight and depending on flight time take 1 more 3-4 hours in then a final one when landed.
- Salty Meal Solution: Adults take 1 Water B Gone with salty meal.
- PMS: Adults take 1 capsule at breakfast, one at lunch and one mid day.
Do not exceed 3 per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 12 weeks. Can be taken in conjunction with Lose it for weight loss.
