Cannanda CB2 Wellness Blend 4.2ml

Direct Inhalation: place 2-3 drops in the palm of your hand, rub hands together, cup them around your nose, and take slow deep breaths for a minute or two. Repeat as needed up to 3 or 4 times throughout the day.

Sublingual: place 2 or 3 drops under your tongue, and hold it there for about a minute before swallowing. Repeat as needed up to 3 or 4 times throughout the day.

Topical: for targeted local relief, apply drops onto local area along with a few drops of a carrier oil and gently massage into skin until absorbed. Repeat as needed up to 3 or 4 times throughout the day. Patch test recommended to test skin for hypersensitivity.
