With a spiky exterior and fibrous interior, the fruit's varying stages of maturity yield both different textures and flavours. Upton's Natural's most versatile Jackfruit, the Original is completely unseasoned and ready for anything. Spice it up and enjoy it in sandwiches, on salads, in tacos, or over rice.
Cooking Instructions: Pan Fry: Remove product from pouch, place in pan over medium heat with a small amount of oil (optional) and cook for 8-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. For finer shreds, break up in pan.
Storage Instructions: May be stored with or without refrigeration. Once open, refrigerate and consume within 5 days after opening. As a whole plant food, color variation is normal.
