St Francis Ashwagandha capsules are typically used for: Stress relief, easing anxiety, nervousness, or insomnia, increasing strength and endurance, enhancing memory, and improving sexual performance.
A classic adaptogen, ashwagandha is the flagship herb of Ayurveda, the traditional system of medicine from India, where it is referred to as the “Prince of Herbs.” It is, in fact, one of the few herbs with significant effects on both psychological and physiological aspects of human functioning.
The use of ashwagandha is experiencing major growth worldwide because of a spate of recent scientific studies, particularly on KSM-66, the proprietary form of the herb that we use for enhanced potency and absorption in the convenience of a vegicapsule. Besides being powerfully effective for dealing with stress and anxiety, it is also clean and sustainably sourced. This formula is a highly potent 12:1 concentration, with each 300 mg vegicapsule containing the equivalent of 3600 mg (300 mg x12) of dried Certified Organic ashwagandha standardized to contain at minimum 5% withanolides. This makes for an exceptionally effective full spectrum extract that preserves the balance of the various constituents in the original herb together with all its critical tonic and adaptogenic qualities.
