Adults and Children (2 years of age and above):

• Apply balm thinly and evenly to the affected area up to 3-4 times per day.
• Rub or massage into skin until solution vanishes.  
• Do not apply with external heat, such as an electric heating pad, as this may result in excessive skin irritation.  
• For children 2 – 12 years old, application should be under the supervision of an adult.  
• Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.
