What’s the difference between type I, II, III, and IV collagen?
To put it simply, each type is found and used in different areas of the body. Recommended Adult Dose: Adults - Take one (1) capsule daily with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
