Holy Kraut! Fermentation Stone for Wide-Mouth Mason Jars

This fermentation weight is compatible with wide mouth mason jars, but, can be used in any crock or jar that it fits into. It will season and age and change colour with every batch, only wash with soap, water and vinegar. Never use a chemical and handwash only.
