Each packet contains 375 mg of sodium from Himalayan salt, known for its purity and rich mineral content. Naturally red or pink due to iron oxide, this salt has over 80 trace minerals and is believed to be millions of years old. Our source of Himalayan salt is triple-washed in spring water to ensure its food-grade and of the highest quality.

Directions & Cautions
Directions
Adults: 1 packet per day. Mix 1 packet with 500 ml of cold water. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Thoroughly mix product in enough liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
