8mm wide. Very thin, delicate, flat noodles (thin enough to see through when held up to the light). Can be prepared with meat-based sauces, alfredo, tomato, vinaigrette, Primaveras. Nature's Farm only use world–famous Canadian durum wheat and farm-fresh organic and free-run eggs (from hens fed an all–natural vegetarian diet) to bring you outstanding flavour. Strict adherence to old–world, small–batch production methods has created gourmet pasta that continues to set new standards in taste, texture, and quality.
Cooking Instructions:
1. Use a large pot (pasta needs to swim!)
2. Fill the pot with lots of water
3. Salt the water (approximately 1/4 Tbsp. salt : 1 C. water)
4. Bring the water to a rolling boil
5. Add pasta and start timing after the water returns to a boil
6. Stir continually
7. Cook pasta so it suits your preference! We like ours al dente and our cooking times reflect this
