Organic Nighty Night Valerian is for the relief of occasional sleeplessness. The use of herbal teas that combine valerian, passionflower, and lemon balm for occasional sleeplessness is supported by traditional use evidence. Organic Nighty Night Valerian is pleasantly spicy, mildly sweet, and somewhat bitter. Recommended use: Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a night time sleep aid and to help relieve nervousness (calmative/sedative). 

Recommended dose: Adults: Drink 1 cup 3-4 times late in the day and 30-60 minutes before bedtime.

Directions for use: Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.

Known Adverse Reactions: Some people may experience drowsiness.
