Adults steep 1 tea bag in 250 ml (1 cup) of boiling water for 7 minutes. Steep 3 tea bags daily. Take at the first sign of infection.

Do not use this product if you are taking thiazide diuretics, cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medications which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance or if you have hypokalemia, high blood pressure, or a kidney or cardiovascular disorder. Diuretic effect may occur. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 2 weeks.
