Source of antioxidants. Source of Beta-Carotene, a provitamin A for the maintenance of good health.

Directions

Adults: Take 1 teaspoon 1 time per day. Add 1 teaspoon (5 g) to 310 mL (10 oz) of your favourite beverage, such as apple juice, protein smoothies or simply cold water. Stir with a spoon and drink.
