Adults: Take one (1) capsule, three (3) times per day with meals providing protein. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.

If you are taking prescription medication, consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use as resveratrol may alter the effectiveness of these medications. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner if you experience symptoms of serious low blood sugar such as sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, and confusion, or develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and loss of appetite. Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin. People sensitive to niacin may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Zinc supplementation can cause a copper deficiency.
