NuPasta is made with the root of the konjac plant and soy beans (non-GMO). By replacing the starches in regular pasta with the fiber of the konjac plant, we substantially reduce the intake of calories in your meal without changing the portion size. With 6g of dietary fiber, nuPasta is able to satisfy your hunger without excess carbohydrates and fats.
