Mix 1 scoop (serving) of ALT Clear Protein Grass-fed Whey Isolate with 250 mL-750 mL of cold water. Vary for taste preference. <250 mL for stronger sweeter flavour. > 750 mL for milder lighter flavour. Shake well until frothy. Let it settle for 30 seconds. For best experience, add ice.
