Adults and adolescents 13 and over: Take 1 mL (30 drops) four times daily in a little water on an empty stomach. May also be taken as a one-time 4 mL (120 drops) daily dose in a little water at bedtime.

Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur, in which case discontinue use.
