Adult Dosage: Take 1 capsule once daily on an empty stomach. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime.
Cautions & Warnings
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anti-depressant medication, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), or birth control pills. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have bipolar disorder or bipolar spectrum disorders. May cause irritability and insomnia, in which case, discontinue use.
