Directions
Shake vigorously before each use. Contains ingredients that may settle. Adults take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) once per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Do not use if the inner seal is not intact. Keep out of the reach of children. May be stored at room temperature or refrigerated for added freshness. Store in original container protected from light. No artificial colours or flavours.
