Add 1 mL to a 120 mL glass of water and drink. Each mL contains 150 mcg of Iodine. Can also be used to refill IONOVO 30 mL spray bottle.
Recommended Dosage
Children 1-8 years: 1-3 sprays once per day. Spray in the mouth and swallow,
Adolescents 9-18 years: 1-4 sprays once per day. Spray in the mouth and swallow.
Adults 19 years and older: 1-5 sprays once per day. Spray in the mouth and swallow.
