Directions & Cautions

Recommended Use
  • Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve digestive upsets including lack of appetite, indigestion and nausea.
Directions

Adults: Drink 1 cup 1-2 times daily. Anti-nausea use: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel.

Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and allow to steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release the remaining extract.
