Directions
Adults: Drink 1 cup 2-4 times late in the day and ½ hour before bedtime. For prolonged use, consult a healthcare provider.
Pour 240 mL freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag in a cup. Cover cup and steep for 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the bag to release the remaining extract.
