Adults: Take 1 or 2 capsules once daily, as needed. Take 30 min before bed or when sleep is interrupted.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking cardiac glycosides such as digitalis/digoxin, or blood pressure medication. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness within 2 hours of consumption. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Store under normal storage conditions (dry, well-ventilated premises at 15-25°C).
