Directions
(Adult Women): Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for at least 3 months to see beneficial effects.

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Do not use this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
