Our Organic Milled Chia has been cold milled using a proprietary milling process that finely slices the chia seeds in order to minimize oxidation while preserving the powerful nutrients found in these tiny seeds. 

Chia seeds are a good source of manganese and fibre as well as omega-3 fatty acids which are essential to brain and heart health. 

Use our milled chia powder to create an egg substitute by mixing together 1 tbsp of chia powder with 3 tbsp water and allowing to set for 5 minutes. Add chia powder to your smoothie bowls, baked goods and more for a boost of fibre and essential fatty acids.
