Adult Women: Take 1 capsule with breakfast, lunch and dinner to minimize gastric disturbance for a total of 3 capsules per day. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Keep out of reach of children. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Do not use this product if: you have high blood pressure; you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if you develop liver-related symptoms (e.g. yellowing of the eyes and/or skin, dark urine, abdominal pain, jaundice), symptoms of low estrogen or if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs.
