Directions
Adults (19 years and older): Take 1 tablespoon twice daily. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Keep refrigerated after opening. Shake well before use.
Cautions & Warnings
Some people may experience diarrhea with magnesium doses above 350 mg per day. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if outer safety seal is broken.
