Enzymatically modified isoquercitrin (EMIQ) is a highly bioavailable form of quercetin – a flavonoid that exerts significant anti-allergy effects. EMIQ is manufactured through natural enzymatic process that attaches glucose chains (glycosides) to the quercetin molecule.
