Children 6–12 years, adolescents, and adults: Take 1 capsule once or twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking antibiotics, take this product at least 2–3 hours before or after them. For travelers’ diarrhea risk reduction: Start 5 days prior to traveling and continue during the entire duration of the trip. Finish remaining capsules after return.

Cautions & Warnings

Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days.
