Adults - Take one (1) capsule, one (1) or two (2) times per day with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Do not use if seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking nitroglycerin or antibiotics.
