Viola Foods makes artisan quality, frozen-fresh gluten-free pasta by blending tradition and high-quality ingredients for an authentic taste that everyone can enjoy – even Nonna. Traditionally crafted gluten-free pasta using only the highest quality ingredients, with no fillers or preservatives.
For best results:
- Add (300g) package of frozen pasta to 4 L (16 cups) of salted, rapidly boiling water.
- Stir to prevent the pasta from sticking together.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes or until preferred al dente texture. Don't overcook.
- Strain, immediately toss with your favourite sauce and serve.
